* All persons using the premises do so entirely at their own risk and no responsibility will be accepted by ARB Cornwall Valley Lodges LLP for loss or damage to          vehicles, other effects or equipment however caused. 

* All persons staying at the property are responsible for adhering to the 'instructions' provided within the property.

* The 'Health & Safety' guidelines and 'User Instructions' for the Private Hot Tub MUST BE adhered to and take responsibility and ownership for their actions.

 *  No refunds can be made for early departure. 

 

*  Loss or damage, for which and occupier of the accommodation may be responsible, will be paid for in full before departure. 

 

*  The first named person is responsible for the booking and must be over 18 years old. 

* With reference to Covid-19... Please act responsibly!! If you become symptomatic or a member of your group does, then you MUST phone NHS 111 and the persons affected MUST get swabbed.  The whole group MUST safely vacate our property with all their belongings and return to their usual place of residence.  All windows must be opened and left open in our property as you leave and the proprietor's MUST be informed IMMEDIATELY. 

 

 

* All bookings made, whether it be direct with the owners or through a third party will be honoured unless in the unlikely event a 'double booking' occurs

 

* Payment is required in full and guests must agree to our terms and conditions during the booking process. 

 

 

* We reserve the right to refuse any booking, the right of admission is also reserved. 

 

* Our accommodation is NOT available for parties of under 18s unaccompanied by at least one adult. 

* Our accommodation is NOT available for 'Stag parties' or 'Hen parties'

 

 

* Check-In - On day of arrival you will NOT be able to enter our property until 16:00hrs unless otherwise agreed. 

* Check-Out - You MUST vacate our property by 10:00hs unless otherwise agreed.

  

 

* All refunds are made at the discretion of the proprietors. If payment is required in full due to a specified event, no refund will be given. 

* If a 'security deposit' has been paid at the time of booking, the refund of this is at the owners discretion if no damages are found and will be made 7 to 10 days after your departure date.

 

 

* The balance of charges MUST be paid, in full, 28 days prior to your Check-In date

 

 

In the event of cancellation, the following charges will be made: 

 

* 14 days or less to arrival - deposit will be forfeited. 

 

* Longer than 14 days from arrival - at the discretion of the proprietor. 

* When booking we will ask for personal information, such as your name, address, phone number and email address... This information will remain secure and ARB Cornwall Valley Lodges will NOT pass on your details to a third party for any reason, other than stated below.

* Due to Covid-19 and the 'track and trace' system, we will have to pass on your details should you become symptomatic, we will inform you if we have to do so.
